Bayern Munich may have lost their unbeaten start to the Bundesliga campaign with a 2-1 home defeat to Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday but it did give us the chance to see what Manuel Neuer would look like as an outfield player.
As the home side chased the game and with Leverkusen coach Sami Hyypia raging at his side to hold the ball, Neuer was allowed a fair few touches as Bayern Munich pressed very high up the pitch.
First, the German international keeper spread the ball well out to the left hand side and then showed good control from a long goal kick.
But its further on in the clip that Neuer really shows what he can do as he charges at the Leverkusen midfield, wins the ball back after a poor touch and then plays another fine pass down the left channel.
